Vista Research Inc. ("Vista") will use information collected about you through your responses to the Society of Industry Leaders (SIL) application and background questionnaire.
Your information will be used to:
o Verify your status and experience and process your application;
o Decide whether to engage you as a SIL and manage Vista's relationship with you;
o Administer Vista's business records; and
o Carry out market research and statistical analysis.
From time to time, and subject to applicable laws, Vista may also share your information with outside vendors who will be authorized to use this information solely to perform services (such as an ASP hosting service) on our behalf. Vista shall ensure that contractors, agents and vendors apply an equivalent degree of security and confidentiality as Vista.
Vista may also use the information collected to verify your identity and for anti-money laundering and crime prevention purposes. Vista may share your information with law enforcement and fraud prevention bodies and government and regulatory bodies for these purposes.
We will not use your information for marketing purposes, nor will we share your information with other businesses within The McGraw-Hill Companies or with third parties for marketing purposes.
You may have the right to obtain a copy of the information Vista holds about you under any applicable data protection laws upon payment of the appropriate access fee.
